What to Expect

  At Conaniah Designs, we pride ourselves on service excellence and workmanship. Here is how we work:
 
-Once you contact us, we schedule a consultation either by phone or Skype to review your vision.
 
-We'll review your design, fabric selections, details, and measurements.
 
-After completing your design, make a 50% deposit to initiate dress making phase.
 
-While we make your dream dress, you can monitor our process with pictures online. Nothing is left to chance. You watch your dream dress come to
life.
 
-Progress Pictures are available by your preferred electronic method of communication, including email, Instagram, and Skype. You can even include friends and family by eventually holding a    Twitter Party with images of your dress in progress.
 
- Progress Pictures allow you, the bride, to change, add or delete any detail for no charge, within reason. Major alterations would require additional charges, when applicable.
 
-Last Call Pictures are sent before your dress lining gets sewn in. All changes must be submitted at this point, to prevent additional charges, and/or delivery delay. No additional changes can be made after lining is sewn.


-Your remaining balance or final payment is due upon receipt of final pictures.


-We ship your gown after receipt of final payment. You choose your preferred shipping method with tracking numbers.
Standard, and next-day service are also available.
